| Brian Naglee is one of the few Certified arborists in Northern California that specializes in diagnosing and treatments. He grew up in the quiet country of Smartsville, California on 18 acres and was involved in Boy Scouts throughout his childhood. He loves being outdoors in the moutains or on the coast or any water area. His father passed away when he was 13 years of age. Brian decided that he needed to do something with his energy and make some money. Because he was too young to have his drivers license, he used to drag his mower and equipment to his neighbors up to several blocks away.
Once Brian got his license, his business took off. After graduating from High School he went on to college to learn more about plants. After obtaining a degree in Ornamental Horticulture he continued his education through trade specific seminars on irrigation, chemicals and application, and tree problems to focus on being a "tree and plant doctor".
After Brian obtained his state Pesticide Applicators License he became a Certified Arborist, Factory Trained Irrigation Specialist by RainBird and became the only Certified Landscape Technician north of Sacramento and later obtained his State Contractors License. Brian says "I am blessed to do what I have a passion for".

In the 1950's Brian's father had a nursery with the largest variety of conifers in the world. He had written governments on all continents requesting conifer seeds and received a great response. They did extremely well in the Palo Alto climate.
